Former undisputed light heavyweight champion Michael Spinks reflected on his iconic bout against the legendary Mike Tyson in June 1988.

Quote. "No, I didn’t throw that fight. He hit me (laughs). Tyson was on steroids. So I knew my hands would be completely full.

I stepped into the ring, knowing he was on steroids and that I might lose. I wasn’t thinking about losing; I was thinking about what I could do to win," said Spinks.

Reminder. In 1988, Tyson knocked out Spinks in just 91 seconds.

Tyson returned to the ring after nearly a 20-year hiatus but lost to YouTuber Jake Paul. "Iron Mike" failed to provide significant resistance against his younger opponent, with Paul claiming a decisive victory.

Earlier, Tyson's son Amir shared his thoughts on whether his father plans to fight again in the future.
