The future of Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies remains uncertain. The Canadian's contract expires in the summer, and a new one has yet to be signed.
His agent, Nedal Huoseh, declined to directly address questions regarding the player's future.
Quote: “I won’t be hurling insults around when discussing Alphonso’s future. My priority is Alphonso’s future. I have always said: If Bayern wants to discuss anything, we can talk about it all in the boardroom”, he noted to TSN.
Recall: It's worth noting that Bayern is still open to extending Davies' contract, but on the condition that he brings his agent Huoseh under control and lowers his salary demands.
The Bavarians are reportedly offering Davies €13 million per year, while his demands are set at €16 million per season, along with a signing bonus of €15 million.
Additionally, there have been reports that Real Madrid hopes to sign Davies as early as January.
