“I don’t agree.” Ronaldo Nazário responds to Cristiano’s claim about being the greatest footballer in history

Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent high-profile interview with journalist Piers Morgan has sparked a wave of reactions and debate — among them, comments from Brazilian legend Ronaldo Nazário.

Details: The former striker made it clear he disagrees with Cristiano’s assertion that he is the greatest footballer of all time.

Quote: “Some people have a lot of self-confidence. I prefer to let others speak about me rather than do it myself.

He’s one of the greatest players in history, but the best ever? I don’t agree. Still, I respect his opinion — he’s undoubtedly among the all-time greats, and I’d say he’s in the top ten,” said Ronaldo Nazário.

Recently, the Portuguese superstar also confirmed that the upcoming World Cup will be his last.

Reminder: Cristiano Ronaldo previously gave an in-depth interview to journalist Piers Morgan. The two-part conversation featured numerous stories and several bold, controversial statements. The Dailysports team gathered all of Ronaldo’s most debated quotes from that interview.
