In the French Open Round of 16, legendary tennis player Novak Djokovic faced little resistance from Britain’s Cameron Norrie, defeating him in straight sets, 3-0. Still, this victory carries special significance for Nole.

Details: Beyond reaching the tournament quarterfinals, where he will face Alexander Zverev, this win marks Djokovic’s 100th career victory on the clay courts of Roland Garros. Yet, Nole himself believes that win number 101 will mean even more.

Quote: “I feel good. I know I can play better. But 12 sets played, 12 sets won – so far, it’s been solid. That’s great, but win number 101 would be even better. It’s a great honor for me… But now I need to keep going,” Djokovic told France 24.

Reminder: In the women’s tournament, arguably one of the biggest shocks of the entire tennis season just happened.
