Anthony Joshua is set to fight for the IBF championship title against Daniel Dubois in September 2024. Additionally, he commented on Tyson Fury's behavior and the fight for the undisputed championship title.

As AJ explained for the Boxing Scene, he is pleased that the Gypsy King did not become the undisputed champion and called him an idiot.

"I just think he's an idiot. If it were someone else, I might think it's a shame. I've always said he's an idiot, he behaves very disrespectfully. I don't care, but I feel that by being unkind to others, he feels better," Joshua stated.

Anthony noted that Fury's behavior before the fight with Usyk is not good for the sport. If there is respect between the boxers, then the sport can be elevated to a new level.

"But Fury will insult you like a guy who just walked out of a pub, and he's not on your level. He got beaten – he deserved it. Usyk is a good fighter – there's no denying that, you just have to give him credit and move on," Joshua added.

It's worth noting that Daniel Dubois recently became the IBF heavyweight champion. This occurred after Oleksandr Usyk vacated the IBF heavyweight belt.

The Ukrainian boxer released a video message, stating that the belt is important for AJ and Dubois, so he is giving it to them as a gift. On September 21, they will fight to determine the new IBF heavyweight champion.
