The Belgian coach has announced he will not continue his managerial career.
Details: The 73-year-old head coach of South Africa has revealed he will retire after the upcoming World Cup.
I've been coaching for nearly 40 years, and I'm 73. There always comes a time when you have to stop. I don't want to die on the bench," Broos stated.
Hugo Broos took charge of Bafana Bafana in May 2021 and has since overseen the team in 42 matches.
