In their previous UEFA Champions League match, Bayern Munich defeated PSG 2–1, but their attacking talisman Luis Díaz was shown a red card — and he will miss more than just one game.

Details: According to Bild, Luis Díaz has been handed a three-match suspension in the UEFA Champions League. Bayern had expected a one-match ban. The club has now requested detailed clarification and justification from UEFA.

Over the next three fixtures, Bayern are set to face Arsenal on November 26, Sporting on December 9, and Union SG on January 21. The Bavarian side currently sit top of their Champions League group with 12 points from four matches.

Reminder: 39-year-old Bayern Munich goalkeeper and captain Manuel Neuer missed team training because of intestinal problems.
