PSG traveled to Monaco for the Ligue 1 clash of the week, but a terrifying incident involving Parisian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma occurred during the match.
Details: In the 17th minute of the first half, the Italian goalkeeper came out to challenge a ball against a Monaco forward. The forward attempted to chip the ball over Donnarumma but failed, inadvertently raking his boot across the goalkeeper’s face.
The horrifying moment shocked PSG fans and players alike. As a result, Donnarumma suffered a gash and had to leave the field. However, he regained consciousness and walked off on his own.
Reminder: PSG head coach Luis Enrique has reportedly excluded Kolo Muani from his plans. The club is open to offers for both a loan or a permanent transfer for the former Eintracht Frankfurt forward.
In related news, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently praised head coach Luis Enrique, stating that, in his opinion, Enrique is the best coach in the world.
