“He's unbeaten this season”. Guardiola spoken about Amorim's possible move to Manchester United

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola comments on Ruben Amorim’s potential move to Manchester United.

Quote: "We played against Ruben’s Sporting side. It was a great experience," Guardiola shared. "I spoke with Matheus Nunes, and he gave a high assessment. This season, [Amorim] is undefeated, having won every game in the league and in the Champions League. In the UCL, he has as many points as we do," quoted Fabrizio Romano.

Background: Recently, the media has strongly speculated that Sporting CP manager Ruben Amorim could be the successor to Erik ten Hag at Manchester United, who was dismissed earlier this week. Amorim himself has now responded to these rumors.

It was previously reported that legal aspects of Amorim’s contract with Sporting will prevent him from leading Manchester United in this Sunday’s match against Chelsea, though a timeline for his potential arrival is known.
