"He's an idiot," - blogger Jake Paul about Tyson Fury's brother

American blogger and boxer Jake Paul revealed his attempts to negotiate a rematch with Tommy Fury and called him an idiot.

In his podcast, Paul disclosed that he and Most Valuable Promotions sought to find the right fight, the right timing, and the right event.

"We knew we wanted to target this summer, so we just started calling. We called Tommy Fury, he was one of the names, and he said 'no,' he wanted more money. So now he's probably shadowboxing, realizing what a big mistake he made. I mean, he's an idiot," stated Jake Paul.

Tyson and Paul are set to clash in a boxing match on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA, in the main event of a card that will be broadcast on Netflix. Earlier reports stated that the fight would be sanctioned as a professional bout.

This will be Iron Mike's first fight since 2020 when he faced Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition bout that ended in a draw and wasn't recorded on the boxers' records.
