Young footballer Metz’s Tahiris dos Santos, who sustained serious burns during a fire in Crans-Montana, has performed a truly heroic deed.
Details: According to the player’s agent, Tahiris dos Santos was on the first floor of a bar when the fire broke out. He managed to get out, but soon realized his girlfriend was still inside the building. Without hesitation, the footballer rushed back into the burning premises to save her.
“Tahiris managed to escape, but realized his girlfriend was still inside. He went back into the fire to rescue her,” the player’s agent reported.
Unfortunately, such bravery came at a heavy cost: the footballer suffered severe burns, though his life is currently not in danger.
