Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City and Palmeiras have reached a full agreement for the transfer of 19-year-old central defender Vitor Reis.

The transfer fee is €40 million. The player is preparing to travel to Manchester to undergo a medical examination and sign a long-term contract.

Reis is a product of Palmeiras' academy. Last season, he broke into the first team of "Verdão," making 22 appearances.
