This transfer marks PSG’s second major acquisition in a single day. Earlier today, August 15, the Parisians officially announced the signing of Ferran Torres from Barcelona for around €50 million. The Spanish forward penned a contract until 2031.
For the 20-year-old Belgian winger, joining the French giants is a new chapter in his career. Godts came up through the Genk academy and moved to Ajax in 2023. In Amsterdam, he steadily established himself in the first team, catching the eye of Europe’s elite clubs with his pace, technical ability, and versatility to operate on either wing.
