Here we go! Juventus secure Newcastle attacking star on deadline day
Juventus has pulled off a dramatic deadline-day coup to reinforce their attacking frontline.
Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Juventus has reached a full verbal agreement with Newcastle for the transfer of German forward Nick Woltemade. The deal is officially done and sealed between the two clubs.
The unexpected move, which had been developing since last night, will see Woltemade officially join Juventus on the final day of the summer transfer window. The Italian giants will pay a loan fee of £3.5 million to Newcastle.
The transfer has been agreed as a straight loan spell, with no buy option or mandatory purchase clause included in the final arrangement.
It is worth noting that according to Transfermarkt, the 24-year-old German striker is currently valued at €55 million.
