Former Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard has made a decision about the next chapter of his career. The player is set to sign a contract with Brazilian side Corinthians.

Details: According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 33-year-old Englishman Jesse Lingard will sign a deal with Corinthians, a club competing in Brazil’s Serie A. The contract will be for one year with an option to extend.

Despite interest from MLS clubs, Lingard has chosen to test himself in Brazil’s Serie A. After four matches in the new season, Corinthians have collected seven points and currently sit in third place.

Lingard’s previous club was FC Seoul in South Korea, where last season he played 41 games across all competitions, netting 13 goals and providing seven assists.
