The Robert Lewandowski era in European football appears to be coming to an end.
Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, the Polish star striker has decided to continue his career across the Atlantic and will be joining American club Chicago Fire.
It is reported that the striker gave his final approval for the transfer after personally visiting Chicago two weeks ago, where he thoroughly examined the club’s facilities and met with management. This visit completely convinced the player to make a change of scenery.
All the details of the deal have already been agreed upon, and Lewandowski is expected to sign his official contract with the MLS club early next week.
