The young Argentine sensation Claudio Echeverri is set to join Girona.
Details: According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Claudio Echeverri will move from Manchester City to Girona on a loan deal.
This means his loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen will be cut short, as he will play the second half of the season with the Catalan club.
Reports indicate that the Argentine’s loan will last until the end of the 2025/26 season.
It’s worth noting that, at the moment, Girona is in the La Liga relegation zone, sitting in eighteenth place.
Echeverri, for his part, made eleven appearances for the Leverkusen club but did not record any goal contributions.
