Here we go! Arsenal sign 17-year-old gem
Arsenal are investing in another exciting talent for the future.
Details: According to renowned insider Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have agreed a deal to sign 17-year-old Georgian midfielder Andria Bartishvili. The teenager has a medical booked in London next week and is then expected to put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Gunners.
The deal is reported to be worth €4.5 million. However, Bartishvili will not move to England immediately: the agreement is structured for him to join Arsenal in 2027, once he has turned 18.
Bartishvili currently plays for Georgian side Iberia 1999. He joined the Tbilisi club for the 2026 season and has already gained senior experience in both domestic competition and European qualifying matches.
The youngster is primarily an attacking midfielder and has also represented Georgia at several youth levels. Despite his age, he has already been involved with the country's U21 national team.
It is worth noting that Bartishvili was born on March 30, 2009. Transfermarkt currently estimates the Georgian talent's market value at €1.5 million.
