“He knows exactly what he needs to do.” Maresca had tough advice for Sterling

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca made a strong statement regarding Raheem Sterling and other players who are not part of his plans.

According to the coach, those who are not getting playing time and are training separately would be better off finding new teams as soon as possible.

"All the players currently training separately from the team will not get a single minute if they stay.

My advice to Sterling? He knows exactly what he needs to do. It's not just Raheem, but also Chalobah and all the others," Maresca said.

Earlier, it was reported that Sterling set a condition for Chelsea before a potential departure.

According to The Athletic, the player's priority is to resolve issues related to his contract with Chelsea, which is currently hindering progress in negotiations with clubs interested in his services.
