A group of dissatisfied players believe that the coach has his favorites. Harry Kane and Leroy Sané are the subjects of discussion. Tuchel maintains constant communication with them, deliberating important tactical nuances. For other players, the coach conveys his decisions through his assistants, whether they will play or not. In other words, Tuchel refrains from direct communication with many footballers.

However, this does not hinder Tuchel from publicly criticizing many players. It is already known that the coach's relationship with one of the team's leaders, Joshua Kimmich, has deteriorated.
