The national teams of Mali and Tunisia faced off in Casablanca in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Malians were reduced to ten men midway through the first half after Sassuolo defender Woyo Coulibaly let his team down. In the 26th minute, he made a reckless challenge on Hannibal Mejbri, and referee Tom from South Africa wasted no time in showing him a straight red card.

The replays clearly show that the foul was extremely rough, so there can be no doubts about the referee's decision.

Let us remind you that the winner of this match will face Senegal in the quarterfinals, after they mounted a comeback victory over Sudan.
