Guardiola Announces Rodri's Imminent Return to the Field

Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has revealed that 2024 Ballon d'Or winner Rodri will soon make a final recovery from injury and return to the pitch. Oscar Bobb is also close to returning.

Quote: "We can't play every three days, it's so many games. And of course, we need fresh legs and players coming into the team. This is [a full squad], except for Oscar Bobb and Rodri. But both are close to returning.

This is the first time we will have a more or less complete squad, and I'm almost sure that if circumstances had been like this earlier, results would have been different," the Premier League quotes Pep.

Reminder: It was previously reported that the midfielder's recovery is progressing faster than initially expected.

Earlier, Guardiola stated that Gundogan is close to extending his contract with Manchester City.
