Hansi Flick is finally getting the reinforcement he has been waiting for.

Details: According to journalist Carlos Monfort, Raphinha is set to return to Barcelona's group training on Thursday. The Brazilian has entered the decisive stage of his recovery and is now targeting Saturday's La Liga match against Real Betis.

Raphinha could even be included in the squad for the trip to Seville if he responds well to the training session. The final decision will belong to Hansi Flick and Barcelona's medical staff, who do not intend to take unnecessary risks with one of the team's key attacking players.

The latest update is particularly encouraging because reports earlier this week suggested the Brazilian would miss the Real Betis game and that Barcelona were instead aiming to have him back for the Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain on October 20. His progress now appears to have accelerated.

Raphinha has not played since suffering discomfort in his right thigh while representing Brazil against Australia on September 29. It is worth noting that the 29-year-old has registered 14 goals and three assists in eight appearances across all competitions for Barcelona this season.
