On the night of Monday, December 16, Golden State hosted the Dallas Mavericks in a high-scoring game that ended 143-133 in favor of the Mavericks. This matchup set a new league record.

Details: According to StatMuse, the game between the Warriors and Mavericks featured a combined 48 made three-pointers, the most in NBA history. Golden State accounted for 27 of 54 attempts, while Dallas converted 21 of 41 from beyond the arc.

In other news, legendary basketball player Michael Jordan has finally sold his mansion 11 years after it was first listed. The deal was officially closed this week.

Notably, this season LeBron and Bronny James made history as the first father-son duo to play together in the NBA for the same team. But LeBron seems far from finished achieving milestones.

This season, LeBron James, the NBA's all-time leading scorer, is averaging 22.3 points per game.

Reminder: It was recently revealed that the jerseys worn by LeBron and his son during their first game together have been sold for $102,000.
