Glody Lilepo did not travel to Spain with Kaizer Chiefs and that gives rise to speculation he will leave the club.

Sources close to the club confirmed Lilepo is not in Spain where Amakhosi will be spending nine days of their pre-season with a friendly game against Scottish side, FC Rangers, lined up for Sunday.

The Democratic Republic of Congo winger has been one of the most impressive players for Chiefs last season as they finished third in the PSL standings.

And that is why Chiefs have received inquiries on the player as Moroccan side, ASFAR, are believed to be front-runners to land the lanky player.

Chiefs have been reluctant to release the player but that he is not in Spain with the rest of the team under new coach Fernando da Cruz may signal that they let him go.
