Girl of the day: Cam Reading, the beloved of newly crowned Italian champion Scott McTominay

Cam Reading is the girlfriend of Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay, who celebrated winning the Serie A title last weekend. She was by his side during the trophy ceremony and has been accompanying the Scottish star through life for the past three years.
