Getafe think Bellingham insulted their player and have lodged a complaint with La Liga

Following yesterday's match against Real Madrid (0:2), representatives of Getafe filed a complaint with La Liga against the leader of the team, Carlo Ancelotti's Jude Bellingham.

On Cadena SER, a club representative stated that during the game, Bellingham referred to his compatriot Mason Greenwood as a rapist. Getafe is urging La Liga to investigate the behavior of Real's midfielder and impose sanctions if the violation is confirmed.

As a reminder, Greenwood did not play from February 2022 until August 2023 due to accusations of domestic violence. After the charges were dropped, Manchester United loaned Greenwood to Getafe, where he scored 6 goals and provided 4 assists in 21 matches.

After yesterday's victory, Real Madrid claimed the top spot in La Liga. On Sunday, Carlo Ancelotti's team will face Atlético Madrid.
