Sipho Mbule and Rivaldo Coetzee are soon to change clubs.

Details: Mamelodi Sundowns have decided not to renew the contracts of 27-year-old central midfielder Sipho Mbule and 28-year-old defensive midfielder Rivaldo Coetzee.

Sipho Mbule & Rivaldo Coetzee "are free to join a club of their choice" as Mamelodi Sundowns decided not to exercise their option.

"As of the 1st of June, both players are free to join a club of their choice," - Mike Makaab to Gagasi FM.#UNPLAYABLE pic.twitter.com/6E3ekNG5FL

It’s clear that both Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will be looking to lure the experienced Sundowns midfielders to their squads.

During the 24/25 season, Mbule and Coetzee made just 22 appearances between them, a statistic that clearly did not satisfy the Mamelodi Sundowns management.

Reminder: Divine Lunga stays. Mamelodi Sundowns have extended the defender’s contract until 2026.
