German grandees target 19-year-old Genk midfielder
The outstanding form and regalia of one of Genk's main players is already attracting the attention of big clubs looking to land the young talent at the age of 19.
According to Sky Sports Deutschland, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leipzig and RB Leipzig have put Genk and Morocco midfielder Bilal El Khannouss on their scouting lists.
The same source also reports interest from the same clubs in El Khannouss's 18-year-old colleague, Desire Doue, who plays for Rennes in France. The Bumblebees were already looking at him last summer, but it did not come to the transfer.
It is added that in addition to German clubs, foreign teams are also looking at the players. Earlier, we reported on Liverpool's interest in El Khannouss.
The 19-year-old Moroccan has scored three goals and given seven assists in 39 games for Genk this season, while Doue has scored the same number of goals but given two assists less in 32 games for Rennes.
