German equestrian rider Jessica von Bredow-Werndl won gold in dressage at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The silver medal went to her compatriot, the 8-time Olympic champion Isabell Werth. Charlotte Fry from Great Britain took the bronze.
For von Bredow-Werndl, this is her second gold in Paris and her fourth Olympic gold overall.
Werth had the chance to equal the record of nine Olympic golds held by American swimmer Katie Ledecky and gymnast Larisa Latynina.
