Liège's Standard, on its website, announced the loan of two players from Genoa. Until the end of the season, 23-year-old center-forward Kelvin Yeboah and 18-year-old winger Seydou Fofana will arrive in Belgium. The loan deals for these players are set to last until the end of the season.

Yeboah played 31 matches for Genoa in the last two seasons in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing three assists. On the other hand, Fofana made his debut for the Genoa team in the current campaign but only played 39 minutes in four Genoa matches.

Transfermarkt values the 23-year-old forward at three million euros and the 18-year-old winger at one million euros.

Standard currently occupies the 12th position in the Belgian league standings, being three points clear of the relegation zone. In the previous season, the team from Liège competed for a spot in European competitions. However, in the group determining the participant in the Conference League, they finished third, and in the final Jupiler Pro League table, they secured the seventh position.

As a reminder, Genoa previously acquired the contract of midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi from the French club Marseille.
