Gallas predicts an even bigger setback for Arsenal if they fail to sign a striker

It’s no secret that Arsenal’s main issue lately has been the lack of a new striker. The club appears to be working on a solution, but former Gunners' defender William Gallas foresees major problems if this remains unresolved.
Details: The former France international pointed out that last season, despite another second-place finish, was actually worse than the 2023/2024 campaign, and the current squad might already be losing ground. That’s why bringing in a new striker is absolutely critical.
Quote: “I can see Arsenal slipping down the table if they don’t sign a striker this summer. If you look at the stats, you could say last season was worse than the one before. Maybe the squad is gradually losing its edge, maybe the opponents are figuring out how to play against Arsenal—and that’s only going to make things tougher,” Gallas told Prime Casino in an interview.
