Fury vs Usyk: the full undercard of the boxing evening has been announced

The head of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, has announced the full undercard for the boxing evening, featuring Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.

On May 18th, in Riyadh, the first championship bout in the heavyweight division between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury will take place. Originally, the first fight was scheduled for February 17th but was postponed due to a cut that the Briton sustained in training camp.

Additionally, the undercard will feature the following fights

• Mairis Briedis vs. Jay Opetaia - heavyweight bout
• Joe Cordina vs. Anthony Kakache - IBF championship fight in the second super featherweight division
• Sergey Kovalev vs. Robin Safar - heavyweight bout
• Mark Chamberlain vs. Joshua Oluwaseun Wahab - lightweight bout
• Daniel Lapin - Octavio Pudivitre - light heavyweight fight
• Moses Itauma vs. Ilia Mezentsev - heavyweight bout
• Isaac Lowe vs. Haseebullah Ahmadi - super featherweight bout
• David Nyika vs. Michael Zerafa - heavyweight bout

By the way, WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has revealed when the rematch against Oleksandr Usyk is planned. According to the Gypsy King, the rematch against the Ukrainian is set for October 2024.
