From chaos to harmony! Mourinho achieves major breakthrough at Real Madrid
José Mourinho appears to have achieved something that recently seemed almost impossible at Real Madrid. After months of reported dressing room conflicts and internal disagreements, the Portuguese manager has reportedly restored harmony among the Spanish giants' stars.
Details: According to Marca, as cited by Madrid Xtra on October 23, tensions inside Real Madrid's dressing room have reportedly disappeared. Players now feel comfortable working with Mourinho and his coaching staff, and satisfaction with the management team has grown considerably. The Portuguese coach is said to have earned the squad's trust and established a strong personal connection with his players. The report suggests that relationships within the club have become significantly smoother.
The reported improvement represents a remarkable turnaround considering the atmosphere earlier this month. Previous reports described serious divisions within Madrid's squad, including disagreements between players and criticism of Mourinho's tactical approach. Some footballers were reportedly unhappy with the team's reliance on individual brilliance rather than a more structured collective system.
Managing personalities has been one of Mourinho's biggest challenges since returning to the Santiago Bernabéu. The coach has attempted to build relationships with influential figures, including Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Júnior, Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde. The latest report suggests that his methods are beginning to produce results away from the pitch. However, the club has not officially confirmed that every internal disagreement has been resolved.
It's worth noting that Mourinho previously managed Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013, winning LaLiga with a record 100 points in the 2011/12 season. His current team faces Barcelona in El Clásico on October 25, providing an immediate test of whether the reported dressing room unity can translate into results on the pitch.
Reminder: Revolt in Real Madrid's dressing room! Is this the end for Mourinho?
