Frank Magri remains confident about his future with the Indomitable Lions following his move to Al-Gharafa SC
The Cameroonian striker recently joined the Qatari league by signing for Al-Gharafa SC.
However, this move to Qatar does not worry Frank Magri regarding his future with the Cameroon national team. In an interview with RMC Sport, the 26-year-old centre-forward said that his decision to join the Qatari league should not stand in the way of a potential call-up to the Indomitable Lions.
For Magri, the most important thing is, above all, to be in good physical condition and to perform well for his club.
“I know that even when I was at Toulouse and was called up to the national team, there were players playing in Saudi Arabia or Qatar who were still selected. So, I’m not worried about that. I think the most important thing is to feel physically fit and to be performing well too. ”
Frank Magri leaves the decision to manager David Pagou. If the Cameroonian striker continues to perform well and receives a call-up, he assures us he will be there.
“If the manager calls on me, I’ll simply be very happy to answer his call.”
