On Sunday, August 4, at the Paris Olympics, the final in women's skeet shooting took place.

The winner of the medal shoot was Chile's Francisca Crovetto Chadid.

In the final shoot-off, the Chilean athlete outperformed Great Britain's Amber Rutter, who took silver. The bronze medal went to Austen Smith from the USA.

Chadid secured Chile's first medal overall at the 2024 Olympics. Additionally, she became the first Chilean female athlete ever to win Olympic gold.
