France's main midfielder to miss Euro 2024 quarter-finals

In the Euro 2024 quarterfinals, France's head coach Didier Deschamps will be unable to field his strongest line-up.
Their key central midfielder, Adrien Rabiot, will miss the next match of the tournament due to suspension. Rabiot received a yellow card in today's game against Belgium, marking his second of the tournament. His first yellow card came in the match against Poland (1-1 draw).
Interestingly, Rabiot has become a free agent starting today. His contract with Juventus has expired, and he has not yet signed a new agreement with any club.
For the French national team, Rabiot has played 46 matches, scoring 4 goals and providing 3 assists.
France's opponent in the quarterfinals will be determined in today's match between Portugal and Slovenia.
