France forward repeats the achievement of the legendary Zidane and Platini

The national teams of France and Spain are battling for a spot in the Euro 2024 final.

France took the lead with a goal from Randal Kolo Muani, but Spain responded with two goals of their own.

Interestingly, Kolo Muani is only the third French player to score goals in both the World Cup and European Championship semi-finals. This achievement was previously accomplished by Michel Platini (1982 and 1984) and Zinedine Zidane (2000 and 2006).

The match between Spain and France kicked off at 21:00 Central European Time.

Notably, Lamine Yamal, at the age of 16, became the youngest player to score a goal in European Championship history.
