Formula 1 star Franco Colapinto reacts to his performance at the Canadian Grand Prix

Alpine driver Franco Colapinto took on another race weekend at the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix. The Argentine shared his emotions and reflections on the event with his Instagram followers.

Colapinto posted a photo of his Alpine car on the circuit, captioning it: “Good weekend, positive steps. Very close to those points that are still ahead! We keep learning, striving for more! Thanks team @alpinef1team 💙.”

It’s worth noting that during the Canadian Grand Prix, the Argentine managed to outpace his teammate Pierre Gasly and finished 13th. For Colapinto, this equals his best result of the current season, although it didn’t add any points to his tally.

So far, Franco remains without points this season. In the Formula 1 standings, he sits 20th out of 21 drivers, ahead of only Jack Doohan, whom he recently replaced in Alpine’s main lineup.

Oscar Piastri of McLaren continues to lead the championship table after finishing fourth in Canada.
