After leaving the Brazilian Coritiba in early 2024, Spanish winger Jese Rodriguez is currently without a club, but he was close to finding a new team.

According to the Polish portal Weszło, the player was offered to Warsaw's Legia, but the Legionnaires showed no interest in the winger and did not even engage in discussions about inviting the player.

Jese Rodriguez is more widely known for his performances with Real Madrid from 2013 to 2016. He was then sold for 25 million euros to PSG, but he did not settle in Paris and began moving around on loans to clubs in England, Spain, and Portugal.

He left PSG in the summer of 2020, after which he spent more than half a year at Las Palmas in 2021-2022.

Legia advanced from the Conference League group with Aston Villa, AZ, and Zrinjski this fall and will play in the playoff round against Norwegian Molde.

Earlier, we reported that current PSG winger Marco Asensio will stay with the Parisian club.
