Senegalese Jackson received high praise from Chelsea legend Pat Nevin, who played for Chelsea in the Eighties of the last century and for other English teams as well.

Despite the many news that have linked Chelsea with a new striker since the summer, it seems that the new striker is the "cool version" of Nicholas Jackson.

Last season Jackson scored 14 goals from 35 matches in the Premier League with his blue team in London and he himself admitted: "I think I should have scored more goals after the chances I wasted... I hope the situation will improve next year."

Chelsea paid 35 million euros for the services of the Senegalese striker and the Senegalese proved that the amount paid for him was worth.

This season Jackson scored 7 goals with his Chelsea team, equaling the number of his teammate Cole Palmer.
