"Nothing of the sort" - Chelsea head coach dismisses rumors of Nkunku's departure

French forward Christopher Nkunku has not seen much game time this season at Chelsea. Rumors have surfaced about his potential exit, but the coach has denied them outright.

Details: Ahead of the UEFA Conference League match, Enzo Maresca stated that he had spoken with the French player, who expressed no dissatisfaction with his situation at the club. The Italian manager also addressed questions regarding a possible sale of Nkunku.

Quote: "Absolutely nothing of the sort. I spoke with him a few days ago, and he didn’t mention being unhappy.

Absolutely not. Nkunku is not for sale," Maresca declared.

Earlier reports indicated that the player would not be leaving in the winter, as Nkunku remains highly motivated despite the lack of a consistent starting role.

Reminder: The 26-year-old Frenchman has made 16 appearances for the "Blues" across all competitions this season, scoring 10 goals and providing one assist.
