Today, at the age of 94, the former chairman of London Chelsea and former owner of Leeds United has passed away.

Details: On July 11, at the age of 94, former Chelsea chairman and ex-Leeds United owner Ken Bates passed away. A figure instrumental in the development of Wembley Stadium, he dedicated his entire life to football.

Chelsea Football Club is today mourning the passing of former chairman Ken Bates.
