Mia Khalifa, 31, a former adult film actress, has denied rumors linking her to Atlético Madrid player Julián Álvarez.
Khalifa addressed the speculation on her X (formerly Twitter) account, saying:
"To clear things up: I’m not dating anybody, and if I was, it certainly wouldn’t be someone not old enough to remember where they were on 9/11."
While Khalifa has previously expressed her love for football, she confirmed she is not romantically involved with the Argentine striker. Khalifa has been married twice, first tying the knot in 2011.
Julián Álvarez, meanwhile, is in a long-term relationship with María Emilia Ferrero, whom he has known since childhood. The couple has been together for five years. María, a former field hockey player, made headlines last year when an Argentine fan filed a petition on Change.org demanding the pair split up. Fans accused Ferrero of preventing Álvarez from taking photos with supporters, though the claims were never substantiated.
Álvarez is a 2022 World Cup champion and was part of Manchester City’s historic treble-winning squad in 2023, which included a Champions League victory.
