Following Taremi's trail. Inter sets sights on Lille striker

Beppe Marotta often secures successful deals with free agents, and the next potential acquisition for Inter could be forward Jonathan David, should he not extend his expiring contract with Lille.

Details: It appears that the central striker will leave the French club at the end of the season and become one of the most coveted free agents on the transfer market. According to Tuttosport, Inter, which is actively seeking to sign free agents, has set its sights on the Canadian forward and will attempt to secure a preliminary deal this winter.

Recall: David is just one of the candidates. Other potential free agents of interest include Frenchman Olivier Boscagli from PSV, Danilo Doekhi from Union Berlin, and Umar Sadiq from Salzburg. The Italian champions are exploring the possibilities of these players, who could become promising acquisitions in early 2025.

Additionally, this summer, Porto's forward Mehdi Taremi joined Inter as a free agent.
