Reports suggest Pérez is ready to table a massive €165 million bid for Olise, making him Madrid’s top transfer priority. Bayern, on the other hand, are standing firm and have no intention of negotiating with Real for their star man.

Adding fuel to the fire, Olise’s contract with Bayern does not include a release clause, increasing the tension between the two clubs.

This season, Olise has featured in 41 matches for Bayern, netting 16 goals and providing 29 assists. His current deal runs until 2029, and Transfermarkt values him at €140 million.
