The Brazilian powerhouse is looking to bolster its squad with a star striker.
Details: According to Ekrem Konur on his X social media page, Brazilian side Flamengo are eager to sign 26-year-old Uruguayan forward Darwin Núñez from Al Hilal.
With Benzema's arrival at Al Hilal, Núñez's playing time will be severely limited, as the Uruguayan was not even included in the Saudi Pro League squad list. As a result, the forward is keen to switch clubs as soon as possible, and Flamengo is ready to seize this opportunity.

Reports suggest that, besides Flamengo, another Brazilian club has already held talks with Núñez, though its name has not been disclosed.
Núñez joined Al Hilal in August 2025 from Liverpool for €53 million. He has played 23 matches for the Saudi giants, scoring 7 goals and providing 5 assists.
Darwin Núñez's current contract with Al Hilal runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €35 million.
