Five Teams Vie for Top Honors Ahead of Marrakech Ceremony

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has revealed the shortlist for the 2024 National Team of the Year award, which will be given out at a special event on December 16 in Marrakech, Morocco.

CAF’s official account on Platform “X” states that the teams up for the award are: Sudan, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, DR Congo, and South Africa.

These countries gained recognition for their exceptional on-field displays of skill and tenacity during the previous 12 months in both African and international events.

With supporters waiting to discover which side will take home the coveted title of the greatest on the continent, the much-anticipated awards ceremony in Morocco will honor the accomplishments of African football in a variety of categories.
