First title in history! PSG becomes only the second French club to win the Champions League

French powerhouse PSG confidently defeated Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League final held in Munich, marking a historic first-ever European triumph for the club.
The match was effectively decided in the first half. The 19-year-old Désiré Doué delivered a goal and an assist, sending the Parisians into halftime with a comfortable 2-0 lead. After the break, the talented Frenchman completed his brace, then Kvaratskhelia scored, and Meyulu sealed the match — 5–0.
This was PSG’s second appearance in a Champions League final (the first ended in disappointment), and with this win, they become only the second French club to lift the trophy. The first was Marseille, all the way back in 1993. Notably, Inter suffered their second Champions League final defeat in three years—having narrowly lost to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City in 2023.
