Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Wolverhampton striker Matheus Cunha is set to join Manchester United—accompanied by his trademark "here we go!" All parties have already reached a verbal agreement.
The Red Devils will pay £62.5 million for the forward. Cunha will sign a contract with Man United until the summer of 2030. All formalities are expected to be finalized soon.
Earlier reports indicated that the absence of European competitions would not affect Cunha's transfer to Man United. The player is reportedly thrilled at the prospect of joining Manchester United, as he believes it remains one of the greatest clubs in the world.
Recall: Earlier, it was reported that Manchester United had set aside funds for the transfer of Cunha, as well as Ipswich Town forward Liam Delap. For any additional signings, the club will need to sell players.
